At Turin Coffee Grinders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home brewing setup. If your grinder isn't the perfect fit for your countertop, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Grinder

  Ensure the grinder is thoroughly cleaned of all coffee grounds and securely packed in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
